I'm a little skeptical of the claim of "historically black neighborhoods" in Seattle. Wasn't it primarily whites and American Indians, followed by lots of Asians? When exactly did all these "black neighborhoods" pop up, and why should they belong to blacks forever?

And why would anyone be dumb enough to think they can sell a house, take the money, and then lay claim to the improved house again without paying? Even a commie is sneakier about their thievery.

Probably was a black or mixed neighborhood in the 90's and early 2000's until property values close to downtown rose and drove everyone out due to higher taxes.
