I've seen this in the opposite:

"Masks are to protect everyone else, not yourself."

"I don't want to wear one. I'm not sick."

"I hope you catch 'Covid' and die."

"Wait a minute, I thought they were supposed to stop people from giving it to others. In that case, why would it prevent me from catching it? According to your logic, wearing the mask doesn't stop incoming viruses...only outgoing. Plus it's not a death sentence. There's a 99.98% survival rate. Even better if you're not a senior citizen in New York, Michigan, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois or Pennsylvania."

My favorite is when you accuse them of security theater.

"No! Masks work! They are NOT security theater!"

"I'm not sick so I don't need to wear one." or "I'm just being filmed but I'm away from people."

"...well you should still wear one in order to encourage others to wear one." or "Drumf needs to wear one so hopefully his dumbass supporters wear them too."

This is one of my favorites. Only betraying that THEY actually do have a hive mind. Also that they don't understand how Conservatives embrace independent thoughts and actions. (Unfortunately, it's also why we're so awful at organizing.)

They get angry when you suggest that they are falling for mass hysteria like the Red Scare and the Witch Hunts. They claim that it's different because they are looking out for the good of the community, not realizing that all mass hysterias caused by tyranny have "the good of the community" in mind.
