Can confirm, I never used to need a nap after work. Now that I've been trapped in my home office for 5 months, 5PM rolls around and I need a nap on the couch.
The constant monotony of rolling out of bed, working, and only being able to leave for groceries really does take a mental toll. Despite all my rage, all I am is a rat in a cage...
At least SOME restaurants and businesses are open now. But only for outside dining. Which does NOT last long in New England and once fall arrives, restaurants will need to open back up to full capacity indoor seating or they are royally fucked. Non-restaurants need to go back to full capacity too, people won't want to wait in lines to get in when it's cold outside.
It already is. Local news has a new symptom every few days. They did a big report about broken hearts disease last week. It's a heart attack, or anxiety without future complications. Doctors are now treating, and billing patients for nothing in Dallas.
Vitamin D3 deficiency is frequently misdiagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome (which is a made up name for a bunch of symptoms doctors couldn’t explain).
I have CFS and only recently found out it’s caused by my UARS (upper airway resistance syndrome) - a disease similar to sleep apnea but occurs in seemingly young healthy people like me (have had it probably since high school). It’s due to having a narrow nasal airway and narrow airway in my throat due to having a small jaw that cannot fit my tongue in it. Luckily it can be fixed... with a lot of surgery (widening the jaw and then getting double jaw surgery to move both my jaws forward and out of my damn throat.
Could have been prevented when I was younger but my parents didn’t know about it / ignored recommendations from doctors when I was a child.
So, in some cases CFS is legit. I used to have so much energy, the only reason I do anything is because I have adderall to compensate for how tired I am.
Or adderall. I’ve tried both. Unfortunately it’s just a band aid on the problem. Most people won’t find the cause of their CFS but I suggest people look into their sleep and find out if they have Sleep Apnea or UARS causing their CFS.
Eh... there aren't "no" side effects or long term issues. I was warned that modafinil/armodafinil has the potential to burn out GABA receptors after long term (more than 6 months) use and the meds would have diminishing returns.
The solution is to take the meds every other day and give the brain a break or save your dose for when you really need to be "switched on."
That being said, if your heart/kidneys/liver can take it, the modafinil family is amazing for just about any fatigue, even if it's a direct result of viral syndrome.
Well, I am really fucking tired of being told to be scared of something that won't kill me. I'm also very fatigued about the constant escalation of violence and destruction happening in almost every major city.
Wearing a mask makes it harder to breathe. If I recall correctly, I saw a post here that claimed wearing a simple mask can reduce your oxygen intake by up to 20%. Your body needs to work harder to breathe while wearing a mask. If you have to wear a mask for your day job, you will be feeling more tired than you did before the mask mandate.
They don’t want people to get better. Basically they are telling people who have been locked in their homes and have become clinically depressed that their symptoms are chronic fatigue and not “tired of this bullshit.”
They want to make the laziness caused by lethargic stay-at-home and unemployment to last forever. And he's the medical excuse, next up give "survivors" disability payments for it.
Some people are prone to obesity. If they’re forced to stay quarantined at home with hardly any activity nor the motivation, and depression eating a pint of ice cream every day, it won’t be chronic fatigue that’ll be our problem. It will be something worse, think heart disease and stroke.
I have chronic fatigue caused by the covid-19. I'm tired. I'm tired of the lies. I'm tired of the infringements of my liberty. i'm tired of the tyranny.
China flu does cause anemia of some sort though, doesn't it? That's why the ventilators were useless. The hypoxia wasn't from lung problems. It does take months to completely replenish healthy red blood cells.
I’m pretty sure Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is caused by breathing your own carbon dioxide for 8 hours a day with a mask, not by catching a cold for a day.
No the fatigue was onset from sitting on their fat asses and ordering from Uber eats every night making sure they don’t make direct eye contact.

Sounds similar to New Mexico. They're using the outside dining to throw the local restaurants (which are pissed off) a very half-hearted bone.
That won't last forever.
Soon everything will be a symptom of CCPVirus.
Fucking brilliant.

Vitamin D is also important for Testosterone production. So is Zinc. And guess what? They both protect against viruses, no vaxx required.
Same as fibromyalgia.
I'm only fatigued from the constant gaslighting being done by fakenews. No worries, the cure is on this site.
No, you don't turn to stone; you become sedentary. 🤣
Thanks for not editing. I enjoyed the laugh and mental image as a doc!
I'd like to meet the coder who invented autocorrect. In a dark alley. 🤣
Seems like this fatigue syndrome disproportionately impacts teachers and government hacks.
N N N
(Those are just sleepy Zs 💤)
Wearing a mask that restricts your oxygen intake and forces inhalation of co^2
Life causes chronic fatigue.
Wasn't the "Plandemic" video lady disowned by the science community because she claimed a virus was responsible for chronic fatigue syndrome?
Epstein Barr.
I've had to deal with that, too.
With ME, it's more than just one thing. But Vitamin C -- several grams a day -- seems to help a lot.
Shhhhhh stop doing your research!
Masks cause oxygen deprivation. This causes fatigue. Every motherfucking day.
"Battle" fatigue has plagued me for years, I stopped working out and it got worse.
I work 60 to 70 hours a week in fine, 40 hours a week wears me out. I'm done with this covid shit, its affecting my health
CFS =laziness. Change my mind.

Interesting! Thank you.
I had ME, myalgic encephalomyelitis.
Chronic fatigue is one of its main symptoms.
It was no joke. I think it could be the same thing as MS. Many people just wither away.
I found things that worked and am almost entirely healed. It took years, though. Six years.
Recommend: high doses of Vitamin C.
Vitamin D.
Biotin. The powder, not what you get in pills. You need high doses.
B12. Consider getting B12 shots.
There's more, but this is a good start.
Username checks out. 👍

That was the thing that saved me.
It really helps the nervous system work better.
Once I started it, the other supplements became more effective.
Tried modafinil. Was pissed off all the time, had to stop using it.
To be fair, caffeine does the same thing to me.
Eh... there aren't "no" side effects or long term issues. I was warned that modafinil/armodafinil has the potential to burn out GABA receptors after long term (more than 6 months) use and the meds would have diminishing returns.

If you are too fatigued to get your ass up and work in order to be able to eat, you probably deserve to perish.
Everybody goes on modafinil and gets back to work. Easy enough.

I must have had covid for the past 15 years then!
I'm getting chronically fatigued from listening to their BS.
That's called "bleeding the beast", to the left "the beast" is the United States of America.
They want to make the laziness caused by lethargic stay-at-home and unemployment to last forever. And he's the medical excuse, next up give "survivors" disability payments for it.
I’m “chronically fatigued” from putting up with idiot politicians. What’s the cure for that I wonder?
Some people are prone to obesity. If they’re forced to stay quarantined at home with hardly any activity nor the motivation, and depression eating a pint of ice cream every day, it won’t be chronic fatigue that’ll be our problem. It will be something worse, think heart disease and stroke.
This virus is something new every day. Smdh. They're really milking this for all they can eh?
I have chronic fatigue caused by the covid-19. I'm tired. I'm tired of the lies. I'm tired of the infringements of my liberty. i'm tired of the tyranny.
I am really fucking tired of CNNs shit. Do I qualify now?
China flu does cause anemia of some sort though, doesn't it? That's why the ventilators were useless. The hypoxia wasn't from lung problems. It does take months to completely replenish healthy red blood cells.
Vitamin C helps here, too.
And B12.
Iron.
If everyone has chronic fatigue then no one has chronic fatigue were all the same now.
Sorry, this is the scary truth: http://covidreport.net
Prescribe some Bang
I’m pretty sure Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is caused by breathing your own carbon dioxide for 8 hours a day with a mask, not by catching a cold for a day.
Sorry, but my friend has Covid and now has chronic fatigue
They aren't entirely wrong. I am completely exhausted from all the COVID bs.
