30 days is the emergency limit for the President to Declare an Insurrection which must then be followed by a similar declaration by Congress. (not just the House)
An impending attack on voting rights via uncontrolled mail in ballots for FEDERAL ELECTIONS might be sufficient cause to declare an insurrection requiring federal oversight of IN PERSON voting.
If so, an insurrection could be declared in early October.
But again, this is based only on a single issue of declaring an insurrection and martial law..
