Wuest's object was to use as many English words as necessary to convey the message/meaning and to do so in word order, as much as possible. For instance, Hebrews 5:13b which is usually rendered as, 'He Himself has said, I will never leave you or forsake you.' (also see Deut. 31:6) is translated in Wuest's version as, "For He Himself has said, and the statement is on record, I will not, I will not, I will not let you down."
The fact that God emphasized this point by repeating it is so meaningful.
