I just set up a new gmail and sign up again, It's been a couple months since I made a new one, but I just usually use the same picture of me and change my name slightly. I'm not sure if they asked for a phone number, but if they did I was able to skip it.

Thanks. last time I tried gmail they forced me into giving a phone number, but i was able to create one without one today.
