I have a worse than average case, but that isn't the focus of this post. Instead, I wanted to highlight who has come forward to help my family during the sickness.
It hasn't been the government. It has been churches, a small business, and my neighbors - the sorts of folks who have been most disenfranchised by the COVID restrictions in my state.
I just thought you ought to know.
EDIT: Thank you so much for the well-wishes and the advice! I feel truly blessed to be a part of you folks.
Hey, my father was a respiratory therapist for 40 years. You need zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D. He recommends the brand "Cold-eeze" for the zinc. Keep super hydrated and take fever reducers of your choice (I would get them all and see which works best: ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen, and asprin).
Feel better soon, pede! Praying for you! <3
I'm saving your response so I can send to any friends and family who may need the recommendation! I've been taking zinc daily, and stuffing D3 vitamin gummies down the throats of my husband and daughter every morning.
