I have a worse than average case, but that isn't the focus of this post. Instead, I wanted to highlight who has come forward to help my family during the sickness.
It hasn't been the government. It has been churches, a small business, and my neighbors - the sorts of folks who have been most disenfranchised by the COVID restrictions in my state.
I just thought you ought to know.

I had the chinavirus and spent a week in bed and another week and a half taking it very easy. Did it suck? Sure but not enough to warrant shutting down the whole economy over. People get sick. The more vulnerable ones need to be very careful but the regular folk should just go out and get it so they can build up some immunity. I'm not scared of getting it anymore
