I think Real Estate too, those commissions RE agents get are off the hook.

No excuse making 100-500k selling a house to someone who was already going to spend the money anyways. It doesn't take any more effort to sell a 5mm house than it does to sell a POS 100k house, arguably easier..

Letting sons and daughters become RE agents in LA or Hollywood, Miami, NY etc.. it's a ticket to gifting hundreds of thousands into 'income'
