i'm inclined to agree with you. hopefully we will find out soon enough. weird that it happens in that order. generally you arrest first based on the evidence and then you impanel a grand jury, especially for something small like a burglary case. not even really sure why you would need to involve a grand jury unless we're talking about the hope diamond or something.

I think I'd be refusing to go, at gunpoint if necessary, and have my attorney drive me to the courthouse to surrender.
