I'm sick of this cocksucking lie. Obama moved thousands of partisan Democrats into non-partisan positions so they couldn't be fired by the incoming administration. It's why Trump couldn't get anything done and went through staffing changes almost every month. He needed someone who understood the system and could push through an entire wing of employees purposely trying to make him fail.
Congress wasn't working with Trump either. Ryan and company turned down every proposal Trump ran on and basically sat on their asses doing nothing rather than give Trump victories.
And the DOJ controlled by the GOP? HAH! The most Deep State long-embedded Democrats yet. Even four years--FOUR YEARS--later the ostensible head of the DOJ has to still deal with low-level Democrats in the department going against his policies.
I pray to God that we reelect Trump with a huge margin of victory so he can declare he has a mandate and just break every bogus bullshit rule to clear house once and for all. "You can't do that!" they cry as he fires every NeverTrumper and Democrat in the executive branch. "Watch me." is all he has to say.
