That would be awesome. I mean, they run a detailed FBI check. Why not only a state/s background check if it's for the state and some neighboring states only?
In WA we can carry open but concealed requires effort and money. I just handed in paperwork 2 days ago after being in line for 2 months. It's probably going to take 40 to 60 days for me to actually receive it. This state is arming itself apparently.
While open carry without a permit and concealed requiring a permit sounds a fine and dandy.... in my state as soon as you get in your car that weapon is considered concealed and that’s how they get you.

I'm assuming CC stood for Constitutional Carry instead of Concealed Carry. Everyone should be able to carry arms without asking for permission.
