In WA we can carry open but concealed requires effort and money. I just handed in paperwork 2 days ago after being in line for 2 months. It's probably going to take 40 to 60 days for me to actually receive it. This state is arming itself apparently.
While open carry without a permit and concealed requiring a permit sounds a fine and dandy.... in my state as soon as you get in your car that weapon is considered concealed and that’s how they get you.
Alabama, I had a for renewing my permit when everything went under lockdown, and the sheriffs dept told me I could open carry but would be in violation while having it in a vehicle

What state is that? Colorado considers your car as an extension of your home (I assume for the homeless fucks). It helps for sure.
