I hate the covid reaction as much as the next pede but unless I am reading the article wrong, the title disagrees with the article. Title says covid cases misreported, but article says just tests were counted wrong. through interpretation of their statement of the number of cases is accurate, that means they were all negative tests. Am I reading this wrong?
