I have a restaurant date for the World Record-setting Trump-themed boat parade tomorrow. Over a thousand Trump boats. I can either enter with and carry a mask with me to my table or miss the parade. That's the deal. I won't put it on, so I can still say I never wear it.

I have to view it as the price of admission. It's like paying income taxes: Odious and insidious, reprehensible and creepy, un-American and unconstitutional. But I have to do it if I want to live in the US and go to a restaurant.
