I've read several weird comments of people saying it's too much for people on the Donald to handle. When somebody asked why this wasn't stickied I proposed possibly the site is com promised and got downvoted to hell. Almost like they are using IIAs right now to stop people from seeing this. Something weird is going on for this to have never gotten stickied.

It's not stickied because Millie and her supporters have yet to provide any proof of her arrest.

I'm not saying that she would fake an arrest for PR, but if she did it would undermine her work and as Reagan said:

"Trust, but verify".
