Well only if you have PKU (Phenylketonuria) is it a problem to have too much since those with it can't process it into tyrosine. Otherwise you get it from anything you eat with protein thats not genetically modified to remove that amino acid from the protein structure.
Quitting drinking was easy for me as I was never into it. Quitting smoking is pure torture. I've taken up sunflower seeds just to have something to fill the void. Bags and bags of sunflower seeds.
