The Indian government spends money on education and their top students run off to American for work, and they do nothing for India except send money back to their Indian moms so they can shop.
The same thing is happening to the Mediterranean countries in Europe. I'm not sure If you remember Greece collapsing many years back, but Greece (as an example) is suffering a major brain drain. Young, educated Greeks are leaving Greece since there is no work. All of the investment Greece made in their young people is being lost.
little known fact, the revolutionary war was actually declared after the Parliament passed the "Force Cricket on the Commonwealth Act". We are lucky to have escaped. India, Australia and New Zealand still suffer from that law 140 years after it was repealed.
Well joking aside, I have nothing against cricket, I have nothing against Indians. India is starting to have a thriving startup scene and they're lucky to have a government executive willing to shape laws and policy to take advantage of their human capital.
What bugs me, though, is a nearly trillion dollar corporation heavily recruiting H2-B's while we have so many underemployed Americans here at home just so they can save a few bucks.
This H2-B system also sucks for India.

Strange that the baseball/softball fields have absolutely no outfield.
