I was shooting Prairie dogs on some new land I just purchased and found an Indian tomahawk sticking out of the ground, only problem is, its illegal to keep Indian relics here in SD, so i have no idea who I should send it too.

Call the sheriff's office and get their advice.
Update: the State Historical Society has come to pick it up and put it in a museum
