Can police do that legally? Just drive by a vehicle, slash all the tires, then drive off? This seems weird to me.

Well, I did. I'm 100% certain I saw that antifaggot reaching for what appeared to be a gun.

Per the usual based on who is filming, it is missing the context that led up to that event and any reason why they may be continuing forward. We need more information to form any real opinion.

My thoughts exactly. Context needed!

it can be argued they used less than lethal force to stop a threat to themselves and others so yes its legal.

Factually and legally correct

I don't know about everyone else but I'm far past the point of giving a fuck about legality when it comes to dealing with these assholes. A cop could chainsaw an antifa soyboi in half in minecraft and I'd buy him a beer. These faggots want to cry that everything they disagree with is fascist, I say give them a taste.

But that's just my opinion.

I think the communists prefer this, legal or not, over the hangings communists deserve by the book (for treason or sedition).

I doubt it. They are too stupid to realize what the real consequences would be.

I mean, I hope so. It will be the only chance we have. Either we root out pro-communists foot groups and institutions in the next few years or we're done.

I couldn't agree more. Domestic terrorists should be treated like scum and if they want to piss on the Constitution, they deserve none of its protections.

He'd have to do it in real life before he'd get any accolades from me.

Disagree but also I understand.

I would not be surprised if there are laws that allow Law Enforcement to "disable" a vehicle on public property, if it poses a threat to others or impedes the lawful enforcement of public policy. Considering the situation/context, the kid is probably lucky that they chose to "disable" his vehicle by slashing the tires, as opposed to outright melting the engine block.

Not only legal. It’s procedure. For any vehicle that can be used as a weapon (has happened a lot recently, protestors have been putting them in neutral and sending them down hills at cops. ) or if the vehicle was involved in a crime and they need to come back for it.

Or, disabling his vehicle versus disabling him, if he was rioting.
