I saw a different (hilarious) video of this happen like two days ago. The " " "protesters" " " have started using vehicles to obstruct advancing police. They'll move down the road as "innocent drivers" between the cops and retreating " " "protesters" " " to slow the cops on foot from nabbing people and to just generally get in their way... so the cops are now just slashing their tires. 🤣
I'm assuming the same thing happened here with this faggot, since one of the cops had to move a garbage bin out of the way that was probably put there to obstruct police and their vehicles.

He was told several times to move since he was blocking the roads, preventing police cars from getting through in order to break up the riots. So they slashed his tires.
