Yea on the one hand I'm happy that dude is having a bad night, but at the same time, I feel like this is not OK. Tires are expensive and in any other scenario we'd be calling for lawsuits.
Police just cant do this no matter who's on the other end of it. We aren't a police state.
I wouldnt say disingenuous. I primarily lurk with a busy life, little guy growing up and what not. It's easy to get caught up in the initial reaction to a video and forget about the big picture when you have 750 other things happening in a day. I have no problem admitting to that. I still dont agree with the tactic shown in the video, not sure how much of a danger they believe the guy could be given they just drive off at the end, no arrest or anything. But again, I dont have the whole video.
Lol OG lurker man. I had an account on T_D reddit when it was less than 1500 people.
It ok to support police but recognize there's a way to do the job legally.
Let me guess, you live in a free state right? I don't. Police in my state are enforcing unconstitutional laws in relation to Firearms, red flag laws, etc.
The police aren't infallible and to me, given the only context of this video that we have, I dont agree with the tactic.
It's cool to disagree on stuff man, no need to assume I'm some deranged ex-socialist.
Given the situation, its time we start giving these cops the benefit of the doubt. There are plenty of scenarios where a cop would be justified in immobilizing a vechile.
And when you add in the evidence from the video, such as the aggressive behavior of the driver and the fact he has communist propaganda in his window. Then of course tie that with all the violence and death that has occured in the past year (often directly asslciated with said communist/terrorist group) and you schould give the cops the benefit of doubt.
But here you are crying on the never ending Trump rally. Maybe its time you look into biden/harris.
They did the same thing in Iraq. Those cops are probably vets. They're in a warzone with a terrorist element burning down a city. You still have this seed in your head that these are "protestors" and not terrorists. They are not peaceful. They use "peaceful" people to obstruct police while they commit violence. They do it because they know people like you will say, "I mean guys, is this really okay?"
I think martial law should have been declared and bail suspended. These people are at war with the government. It's time to take them at their word.

Yea we're obviously missing the context of what lead to this but it just seems off to pop the dudes tires and drive off.

People like you are why this country is in such a bad position. Let me guess, you recently supported bernie?

Yes but this isn't any other scenario. It's this one.
