I believe anyone who recieves benefits for longer than twelve months must agree to sterilization to continue long term benefits. We can also give people 10k lump bonuses to get fixed.
This will save this country an innumerable amount. Thoughts?

The slippery slope will never be able to cross from voluntary to involuntary without further input from the masses
White people pay disproportionate taxes. If they save that money by reducing welfare they can create their own self help/charity organizations that are not beholden to the whims of the govt
