But seriously, every able bodied person should be required to do some form of community service. I'm sure that will dramatically spike the medicare fraud.

All these homeless people living under bridges with literally nothing to do, you'd think these would be the cleaner and better kept than the places no one stays at. But no these people don't care about themselves or their surroundings.

1. Pick up trash and cigarette butts from the side of the road
2. Pull weeds around public parks (oh my God that's almost like cotton!)
3. work at a food bank / deliver food to elderly
4. organize books at a community library.

Again none of this will work because the people in perpetual welfare state can't be bothered.

So...

maybe chuck those people who can't be bothered to care into a fort in the woods, chuck food over the walls 3 times a day and let them have it. They can come out when they're willing to integrate with an adult society.
