Courts would need to actually decide on criteria on forced closures. It's still not really their jobs, as that should be left to the legislature, but the legislature has failed.
What I like about these guys, and the tattoo parlor at the end of the interview, is they are fighters/warriors. They don't let the size or the power of their enemy deter them, they continue to fight for their rights!! They sort of remind me of Pres Trump, we need more people like this at this critical time in our nation.
unless it goes to SCOTUS and SCOTUS doesnt cuck out, I dont know how they ultimately win this. at the state level, they can't. Murphy holds all the cards and the courts will 100% back him up. Federal? eh? maybe if they get a good judge...
