Germany?

Next you're gonna send me articles showing that women can't drive in Saudi Arabia?

Here is how an adult would have responded:

Well, I guess that guy's theory is a lot closer than I thought - people in the west actually have lost their unemployment benefits for not signing up for sex work, and in this century, not the 19th century like I thought. I should probably go apologize to him for calling him a dumbfuck and a whore apologist back when I was ignorant. Still, I disagree with his conclusion that we are headed there, because of reasons X, Y and Z.

No, that's how a simpleton would respond because they wouldn't bother thinking about it long enough to realize that different countries have different laws, and that "people in the west" do not live under one all encompassing legal system.

Since you're obviously slow, I'll break it down for you... whatever loophole created this unintended consequence in Germany wouldn't be the same in another country with different laws, different wording in a different language, and a different court system to adjudicate it.

Here in my state you can already turn down work and still receive unemployment benefits... You just need to have a "good reason" and be able to explain that reason to an arbiter.

I would just tell the arbiter my reason for turning down the job is because I don't want to be a whore, expose myself to deadly diseases, be unfaithful to my partner, or harm my ability to find a partner if I'm single. I could also say it violates my religion for good measure.

Pretty sure that would work since being a porn star is already legal, and unemployment is not denied to people who refused to do porn or strip.

I could also turn down a job as a suicide janitor, sewer diver, or corner's assistant using similar arguments.

So unless you're suggesting our entire set of laws surrounding prostitution, welfare, and unemployment will be abolished and replaced with a word for word copy of German law, I wouldn't worry too much about that loophole repeating it's self here.

Hey! Look at that - reasons X, Y and Z.

You are making good progress, but your apologies are still weak - work on those next.
