He was then taken to the hospital and they worked on him. The time of death is when the doctors felt they had gotten their insurance monies worth. But, he was totally dead.
I literally already did. Not anyone can just call a death. There is a video of a machine trying to resuscitate a man, the instructions and use of the machine are clear, on no detected heartbeat. You can't do CPR on someone with a heart beat. It would make their heart beat out of rhythm and kill them. The machine was doing chest compressions on Floyd in the ambulance...also know as CPR.
