I almost had to take my Dad to the hospital from heat exhaustion or a heat stroke. While I was taking care of some business, he was monitoring some construction work that was being done on our property. He was using an N95 mask for HOURS apparently without taking it off. I asked him how he could of not just pulled it down onto his neck when he wasn't talking to workers, or not taken breaks away without it on, and he said he just had sort of forgot about it, and with talking to workers every so often he just left it on and forgot.
Because of this, he became ill, threw up, headache and was over heating. Thankfully some post-cool down treatments and rest were enough, but it could of been worse. He's in his 60's.
He became complacent with just wearing it and this was the result.
Fuck anyone that tells you to wear masks as you exercise, or in outside in hot heat, or anything else. Governors, mayors, councils, know NOTHING about viruses or masks.
Make sure your family is safe and make sure your parents and grandparents don't wind up possibly dead from overusing a mask in hot climates.
They don't work inside, they don't work outside.
If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Trust your instincts, fight for your freedom.

There was a crew of workers, so talking with them and using a N95 for "some" protection and being as safe as possible.
The issue wasn't wearing it, but doing so for so long without thinking. He got complacent, forgot, and by time he took it off it was too late.
He's even in the camp that realizes COVID isn't a doomsday virus. But was just being extra careful for my mother, and look at the results.
So imagine those truly in unhinged fear, being summer now, overusing masks and creating these terrible circumstances where they end up with a heat stroke and possibly death.
It's sick and twisted the fear the media and government has put into people.
