They lose mail all the time. I have the bit where they will take a picture and email it to you. At least once a month something goes missing. Usually some bit of junk mail. HOW did you lose it between its picture being taken and putting it in my box is beyond me...

Late happens at least once or twice a month too. "here is what is arriving today" shows up next day...
