From my quick research and making a bunch of assumptions this is what I think happened to him.
Everything went down on reddit at the beginning of Jan 2020.
Searched the san diego criminal court's online records and there was never a criminal matter entered. Nothing legally happened to him.
He was likely fired from the nursing home job in San Diego.
He now claims to be a "web developer and local search consultant" but he registered the domain name www.AyindeClarke.com on 2020-01-11 and paid an awful social media/branding company WebiMax from camden nj to make a shitty website (doesnt even have an SSL certificate).
This is my guess as to what happened.
So he probably has no job and probably cant collect unemployment since he was fired for cause.

Fired for cause is not the same as an arrest, we need to ask the local police department in that area.
No way to contact that sick fuck from that shitty site.
