Remember when an employee from AMN Healthcare admitted on reddit to killing several Trump supporter patients? I've been asking them, respectfully, for an update to the situation. Here is the response I received: (media.patriots.win)

O.K., so what was the result from their "thorough investigation"? I don't recall seeing an update on their Twitter page. Did anyone who contacted them with a concern get an update from their "thorough investigation"? Did this company contact the authorities? Why are they blocking people on Twitter asking for an update?

I think the "harassment" may be warranted in this case.
