The instigator calls for a medic after getting his shit pushed in and the cops mark him with a green paint. When actual "medics" respond to the call the cops then mark them too. Once on the back foot, the cops push forward to arrest all three including the "medics" that dindonuffin. Just thinking out loud, but it just seems like there was more going on here.
