It is obvious who the "handlers" are here can't we find a way to recognize them when ever and where ever they show up?

There really wasn't that big of a crowd there - I could believe that the handlers paid them top be there. How do they pay now though, since they got caught openly paying off protesters at the Kavanaugh hearings.
