I was randomly searching for GI Joe as in ( gastrointestinal) to create a meme about the old fellas incontinence and Kung Flu grips or something like that. This thing about sitting on the toilet backwards came up out of nowhere. It got my attention and thought, "I haven't heard a damn thing about this anywhere, must be more to it.".
I have found a discussion on Reddit about this back in March but many were discrediting the source.
It's not as if someone in the media would want this to get out.
