I’m on day 118 now. I’m much happier now than before. Watching that crap is not good for you.

Just take it one day at a time man, you'll get there. If you've never tried this before, maybe focus on building the new you instead of only fighting the old you. It's more mental than anything...I've found this out.

I find it interesting that if I want to read about jack daniels distillery or visit a brewery website, I have to verify my age before entering the website to learn about a legitimate business. But the worst stuff on the internet can be freely accessed without any barrier. Clearly this is not by accident.

I used to look at the stuff. My solution was my relationship with Christ and an awareness that there is true spiritual warfare going on, and we can’t fight it on our own.

Is it the same people that own the media, central banking, and fund/run Marxist groups like BLM?

I suffered from a porn addiction for many many years. Now, I find that I can go days without thinking about it.

My trick was to stop looking for new stuff. I downloaded some scenes (almost 1terrabyte, not a small amount) and restricted myself to only those scenes. I found myself going back to the same 5 or 6 videos whenever the urge struck.

Seeking new material is the most engrossing and time wasting part of a porn addiction in my case. Once I broke myself of that, the rest got much easier.

You are what you think. If you can't think positive thoughts, at least start by avoiding negative thoughts. While I don't have a porn addiction, I understand that it could theoretically become a problem. So, I avoid it. Likewise, I avoid horror movies (unless they have a comic aspect). I have no interest in poisoning my mind.

This is also why I avoid the mainstream media. Mind poison.

Porn, horror, mainstream media - all mind poison.

Learn just enough about poison to avoid it, but no more.
