A perfect example of that is my friend who just graduated college. Our university uses USPS to ship diplomas, his diploma came when he was out of the house. The postal service worker left the diploma on top of the mail box, in the rain (this was captured on their ring door bell). His diploma was ruined, and he has only 1 more diploma that will be issued to him by university policy.
That is really quite bullshit and sounds like the kind of circumstance that the university shouldn't fuck him on like that to boot. Can't be that expensive to issue a diploma.

My wife is a postmaster for USPS, and its not cool that people want to get her fired due to the actions of the union, or because they had a bad experience with some random employee as they are not all like that. All the people who work for my wife are Trump supporters and I asked her recently about all of the tossing of ballots and such, and she said she would fire who delivered that route on the spot.
The union would then get their job back and probably put them in a higher position. Don't blame the postal workers for the crap the union does they have no say in the matter and a lot would exit the union if it wasn't for the fact they are required to be members in order to get the insurance they receive.
