Yes. He was arrested with her.
Her husband and brother were also arrested. They were probably present at the time her mother started this, so they took them all in so it wouldn't look as targeted as it is.

She released a documentary on YouTube called Shadow Gate. It was well worth the 1.5 hour watch. We watched it on the TV through the Xbox because I don't think a video on my phone would be comfortable to watch for that long.
It looks like an argument with her mother months ago. Her mother called the police, so they had a record of an incident. When the trailer was released, they looked into her records and found the dispute. The evidence tampering charge was probably tacked on because the stolen phone went missing for months or the recording her mother made was deleted.
Doesn’t explain the arrest of her husband or brother or why the arrest occurred on the day of the release. But yeah, let’s ignore that and sit on the fence with Tim Pool.
