I have a clerical job at a university and contact tracing will begin this week. Is my gut-felt rejection to this an over reaction? Also, can I stay off-the-radar by leaving my phone at home? Thanks.

No phone no tracing unless they have any other monitoring which they may have on computers that you use or door entry etc.
