A Japanese heritaged Dentist spied for the Japanese Navy prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Hawaiians of Japanese descent sided with a downed Japanese airman who crash landed on the island of Niihau after the Pearl Harbor attack. The questionable loyalty of Japanese emigrants is what drove the Democrat administration of FDR to intern them. In hindsight this was not a rational act, but there was demonstrable concrete reasons for the decision.
The concept can be called "expansion of power through emigration" You can see it with the middle eastern refugees in Europe today. They will never consider themselves French or German or what have you. Their loyalty is to their tribe and to their religion, always.
I think this is true even if the revolution is sincere. Power corrupts. Very few people actually believe in “equity”; everyone wants to get ahead. A system like communism is virtually guaranteed to devolve into a system that is oppressive and dehumanizing for most and opulent for a few.
Yeah I know, Marxism is a Trojan horse for plutocracy. What you may not know is that it's also a Trojan Horse for Satanism dating back to at least Adam Weishaupt's Rothschild-funded work on the 1770's specifically designed to combat the American Freemason threat.
This would hurt the real estate market and it would be pretty hard to put that genie back in the bottle. But I do see it as a huge risk to our sovereignty to allow foreigners to on land in the us. It has also made housing incredibly expensive which is disproportionately hard on renters. Lots of people like me might end up upside down on their mortgages if this rule was imposed but I think it’s time to start talking about it.
Slightly off topic, but getting rid of the Electoral College would do that also. The countryside would lose power. Then it would lose people because it lost power. Then it would get cheaper because fewer people would want it. Then it too could be bought up cheap; prime farm land, and strategically in the middle of the US.
Dividing the US could then happen, into East and West. Balkanization costs US sovereignty.
The center of the US could become foreign owned, without the Electoral College.
That would infer that Marxist are capable of changing up their playbook. They aren't. The next step would be to simply encourage their useful idiot antifa/blm brownshirts/blackshirts/25000ers to seize any houses and property belonging to those that own it. The now possessionless kulaks are then sent away for re-education while the marxists enjoy the goods and property they have seized in the name of "revolution"
One key reason exists why this can't follow the same play book as Mao/Stalin/Pot/Castro/Kim: the 2nd Amendment. Having people storm your house and take your possessions is pretty much the reason why people own guns.
Maybe, but it's primarily from the Marxist playbook. This is a Communist revolution.
It can be both at the same time. The two things do not contradict each other.

Communism is a front. It's a scam for the super rich. Always has been.
It's designed to get people to give up their power and money, but instead of getting some kind of equality from it, they end up poorer than before.
Communism is a kind of bait and switch. The super rich get everything; you get nothing.

Need an eo to make it illegal for Chinese to own property in USA.
How about only citizens own property?

That might have been me. I've posted that a few times.
May be others, too. I certainly don't have a monopoly on plausible theories.
Thats Groyper not Pepe
