Her mom allegedly said she was recording an argument, which explains the charges. Her charges are blown up versions of what would have happened as detailed by her mother. Argument = domestic violence, stealing the phone = burglary/robbery, destroying the recording = tampering with evidence.
I think it was more her Democrat Mom tried some shit, Millie told her to fuck herself and her Mom called the cops. Her Mom has ostensibly apologized and says it wasn't intended to go this far. Her Mom is a Hollywood talent rep or something. I'm sure she hates her gorgeous daughter is a Pede. And is friends with Alex.

Even if true it’s highly suspicious the police waited till she was publishing her video on a Friday to arrest her. It means she has to spend the weekend in jail until she can see a judge on Monday. Just extra intimidation.
