Blacks used to be referred to as "tar babies". Get it ? They melt like tar and stick to the floor. It is a stupid joke and I only recited it because I was goaded to do so by my uncle, who thought it was funny that a 6 year old was telling racist jokes.

No it 100% is a racist term for black people. It is a much less used one like spook spade swoogie deuce moon cricket jungle bunny spear chucker etc. There are a lot for every race except white people we got like 3 unless you include the once for individual ethic groups like mick paddy donkey polock and so on and so on.
Yes, because OF COURSE that very old traditional European dance form should just throw out all its rules, everything that made it BALLET in the first place cuz some non-whites can't do it well. Imagine if white people went around stomping our feet and demanding people in Africa and Asia change anything they came up and have been doing a certain way since thousands of years because we couldn't do it well ...
