I do see that point. The people can still be on payroll and it can still be there, but just, like other things, not up to its old self. Maybe mail delivery will take three times as long, without the sorting machines.

That is probably is just fear mongering,at least I have seen nothing official about it anywhere.One thing you can bet on is the bills will be on time.
