Well I’d say the wall is working exactly as intended.

Better than expected even! I’m proud.

People can certainly get over it with enough cooperation and tools, especially with the slat design.

That said, a wall was never going to stop everyone, it was to mitigate an incredible problem where people were flooding through unchecked.

Now they at least have to be mildly tenacious, and then hope they get over the wall fast enough to be unnoticed by border patrol.

And it should definitely stop the pregnant women from hopping through and having anchor babies.

No, no. Now they electrify random sections of it!... Not the whole thing so they will still try.

CBP has said it’s not intended to stop people, just slow them down long enough for border patrol to catch em.

"But if it doesn't stop every one of them why even bother?"

Almost every libtard about just about everything. They argue that if the first step doesn't get you to your destination why bother taking it.

Hopping over it is the easy part. The free fall is also easy. The sudden stop 30 feet down is the real problem.

The trick is to throw yourself at the ground and miss

Is this why there is no moat?

I always ask those people why they lock their doors at night when someone can just kick it down

Overkillengine 1 point ago +1 / -0

Or lock their cars when someone could just smash in the window.

Yep. I also remember when the misleadia and their useful idiots were all excited over strong winds blowing down a small section that was under construction.

When fantasy meets reality with a thud.

And here I thought it wasn't high enough that the fall would kill them.

If need be, we can always upgrade the wall later on. Put 10’ spikes on top of the existing wall, maybe make it electric. Auto turret or twenty per mile wouldn’t hurt. Can we use lasers to blind people trying to cross? That’s cool now it seems.

Just roll concertina wire all along the top. Maybe in two rolls, one on each side, strapped together to form a "T" top.

Now I want spikes on the bottom of the US side.

I still would have liked moats with freaking laser-guided sharks, but I guess this is still good.

We have ill-tempered sea bass

I caught a sea bass once. I wanted to mount it, but there were people around.

We should ramp up the trade war on China and make them pay us.......1 million dollars.

Seriously.... Seeing all these out of weight illegals here in California used to make think getting in must be way too easy. I'm glad we're literally raising the bar of entry.

The wall’s real purpose is to stop the inflow of goods (which is in this case illegal drugs). This is just a bonus.
