It's not a double standard. New Zealand can do things their way and we'll do things our way. Why would a teeny tiny island like New Zealand have any influence over what we do? If it weren't for Australia, they would be worshipping the Japanese sun god right now.

The media reaction is a total double standard with no dissecting voices getting any airtime, whether its the right or wrong decision.

Hypothetically if 0bama suggested postponing the election because of Covid when he was President I'm doubtful any opposition would be publicised.

Luckily we'll never have to find that out.

Of course Media would praise Obama no matter what he did. Obama could take a sh1t in their breakfast bowls and they'd eat it and do a piece on how great it tasted. The media works for the Marxists and the Democrats, in that order.

However, no one really cares what the media thinks about New Zealand. Puerto Rico is more interesting in terms of the effect on American politics.
