To be more accurate, it should be "based minority voice within the immigrant community"

There is a strong significant conservative voice but since most immigrants move to Dem shitholes (they dont live in the shithole part though) when they first arrive, they are influenced by Dem politics and anyone who is a Republican is a crazy racist right wing nutjob.

Imagine moving to a new country, living in a city where everyone votes the same and they all warn you about the evil white hicks who live beyond the city.

Would you ever vote for a party that gives those evil white hicks a voice?

I hope that more of them see the Dems for the scumbags that they are now that their cities are burning but they most likely blame Trump for that, so I'm not that hopeful

Not true. This exact problem happened with the immigrants of the past as well.

The reason the Irish, the Germans and the Italians became Americanized is because they were forced to by the following:

All legal immigration to the US was halted for around 50 years - this means they had to work with other immigrants and the local population

WW2 happened and the draft forced all American males to fight alongside each other The bonds forged in war caused men to bond The city boy lived with the boy from the farm in the same barracks The Catholic Italian from NY fought alongside the WASP from New England

Forced integration - German schools, German newspapers were closed. Everyone was forced to study and only speak English School prayer and the American pledge was instituted in every school.

Prior to this, the same thing was happening with the new immigrants and the locals

Remember that the largest one day lynching involved the hanging of 11 Sicilian youths.

New Orleans - started after some Italian shot dead a popular cop, who was known for fighting corruption in the city.

I'm gonna get ratioed for this, but that's alright. Sometimes it's worth it. First, legal immigrants as a category doesn't preclude white people (based white immigrants from nations within the former Soviet Bloc for example). Secondly, the Dems don't win by having a narrow majority of POCs vote for them; to win via POCs, they need ridiculously high percentages like 80 to 90 percent of voters within these groups. By shaving off just a little here and there (GEOTUS is doing way better with Blacks and Hispanics than Romney, McCain, or Bush did), Trump can easily position himself to win. That's why many of us cheerlead for newly arrived POC voters who now choose to MAGA. The more the merrier.

Agreed and that was my point.

It's to keep everyone here alert on reality.

Yes, there are many based immigrants and persons of colour and we should rejoice when they show up.

But also, keep your head firmly in the real world that demographics is destiny and keeping the gates open at the border ad infinitum will be the death of your nation

spaceforce_chaplain 2 points ago +2 / -0

Huh... That's refreshing. Nice... Cheers, pede.

I got ratioed below for pointing out that it was outdated info (I tracked it back to a post on a website that was made just after the 2016 election) and it seems to be using poll data from before the election (Trump loses Iowa if only whites voted? He won Iowa by 10 points). The original poster was obviously a bit biased too. "People of Color" is a lefty term to disingenuously replace "colored people" but still say the same thing. It's a broad stroke to paint minorities as one group with zero thought for individuals. Also the footnote isn't just avoiding repetition or being lazy. It's avoiding a reciprocal truth. We put up the non-college educated whites map so can say "LOLOLOL dumb, ignorant whites vote Trump!" but we've cleverly hidden the map for uneducated blacks and Hispanics (who have lower numbers on college AND highschool education) voting overwhelmingly blue. Bring on the downvotes. They don't really do anything to me.

4
Ballind 4 points ago +4 / -0

Educated blacks also vote blue. He actually put a note in there saying minorities aren't split up because the map is always 100% blue. Probably look closer before you criticize

1
GibsonDawg 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, I got all that and you're missing my point. In the maps above, we DO show an overwhelmingly red map for both educated and non educated whites. But we got a footnote for POC since it's apparently blue no matter what. If you're going to footnote redundant data then do it all around. But the intention is clear here. To put on display that dumb white people are the backbone of Trump support and avert the counter argument for dumb (insert any minorities here) voting overwhelmingly Democrat.

And again, this info is outdated is based on polling data pre-2016 election. Now that Trump's been in office for almost a full term and accomplished great things for Blacks, Hispanics, Indians and other minorities, the electoral landscape has shifted. Add the fact that must polling data is suspect and I doubt the map above is as polarized.

1
Tartarian-King 1 point ago +1 / -0

you should try analyzing the map one more time, paying close attention to the bottom left text you seem to have missed.

1
GibsonDawg 1 point ago +1 / -0

Didn't miss it. Read my response just above this. This data is presented to show me "The less education whites have the more they support Trump." So being college educated affects support and voting choice to a degree, right? Those white folks get smarter and electoral votes shoot from 64 to 216 for blue. But it's implied in the footnote that POC voted Democrat even if uneducated. So that's horseshit. We get to hide the pretty visual for that map. Out of sight, out of mind. It's just selective data presentation, a common tactic used by the MSM.

2
Overmann 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're conflating educated/indoctrinated with intelligence. It isn't the same thing.

2
GibsonDawg 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not. I know college educated means these days. I'm merely speaking to the intent of the original maker of this image (who is not OP, a decent 'pede).

Overmann 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hear ya, no worries friend.

Martel_West 1 point ago +2 / -1

Most polls say that black Americans vote 90% democrat. But it is probably much lower than that; I'd be surprised if any poll was telling the truth at this point. Hell I wouldn't put it past them to fudge that number specifically to make conservatives hate blacks.

4
spaceforce_chaplain 4 points ago +4 / -0

They didn't turn out in Obama numbers for Hilary and they might not even turn out in Hilary numbers for Biden. It doesn't take much to ruin the DNC reliance on the black vote. Even shaving off 5% would be catastrophic for the DNC.

3
Keiichi81 3 points ago +3 / -0

Most polls say that black Americans vote 90% democrat. But it is probably much lower than that

Actually, it's HIGHER. 100% of black people vote Democrat if you consider that any of them who don't vote Democrat "ain't black" according to Biden..

7
Isolated_Patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

And now you see why they target white men. The color of your skin isn't the problem, what you believe is.

I'd be curious to see this broken down by religion as well, but there are a whole lot of new-age "christians" that would probably make the numbers meaningless anyway.

Going from some other discussions on this site, I'd say that the sentiment lies towards repealing the 19th, but it is very polarizing and both men and women get pissy about it.

Even with only white men voting, Democrats still get a handful of states. With only "POC" voting, there isn't a single red state.

This is the real reason why anti-white rhetoric has stepped up in the last 8 years...

2
Houdini 2 points ago +2 / -0

Many legal immigrants - even white ones from western nations - hate guns, want universal health care and want to be a service economy. In other words, they want the US to be like Europe.

Many modern white people are megacucks who only care about an easy life and immediate gratification. I think I hate them more than non-whites with the same attitudes.

2
LibertyisYuge 2 points ago +2 / -0

Guess that explains why the White Male is threat #1 to the Democrats.

1
Tenspot20 1 point ago +4 / -3

So again it's the BLACK folks who are the problem. I'm seeing a definite pattern!

"Yeah we need to get rid of immigration because nonwhites don't vote the way we like"

Good luck with that guys lol, you can post these ebin memes all day long but it means nothing.

If your dad is Hispanic he falls in the +/- 30% Hispanic Republican vote, if he's black he's in the +/- 10% black Republican vote. I do think more Hispanics will vote Trump/Republican in this election since my impression is they really like him, but I could be wrong.

It'll be very interesting to see the exit polls for this election, if there is a real shift in the demographic voting blocks it'll be a huge win for the entire country.
