Nah.
Riots happened briefly at the end of May, and did not result in extensive damage. Cops were on top of things despite the dem mayor Hogsett.
Couple of deaths, some windows broken, mostly limited to a couple of blocks in the downtown.
The were some actual protests thereafter and as a culmination, Indiana avenue was vandalized with the BLM hashtag (still closed to traffic).
That's about it.
Gov Holcomb is the definition of a spineless sleazy politician, but he toes the party line.
Indiana effectively was following the fed corona suggestions: not a step out of line.
E.g. the moment Pence started favoring masks, Holcomb signed a toothless mandate.
Even in Indy masks are "mandatory", but I only really had to wear one at the doctor's office (which is still to much but wasn't a hill I was gonna die on).
I grew up in the Midwest. In fact, I grew up in the heartland of the Midwest, Illinois. This shit has been happening since I was born. It has been refined by "educated" individuals funded by the taxpayers.
You and I are the ones who have been blind as the "silent majority." It's time to fight back.
Does Illinois count as the midwest? Does Missouri?
I know you're right but Chicago and St. Louis define the culture, politics and economy of those two states and those crapsack cities have smeared those states with a bad rap.
Did the entire state go to shit when Pence left?
It's nuts that this is happening in the Mid-West.
South Bend was a jewel when the population was ummm.... different.
Catholic?
South Bend is where that CIA spook was a mayor, isn't it?
How true.
Nah.

One more thing about masks: people obey though. Uncanny seeing LITERALLY EVERYONE but myself and my wife in stores wear a muzzle.
Best part is seeing people in the airport with a face mask, goggles, and full face shield, wearing surgical gloves, eating chicken strips.
Yeah bitch I saw you doing that in Manchester, NH last week.
Spineless is right. Before he even signed the EO he removed all consequences. Pandering at its finest. I was on the verge of no voting for him again.
Fuck Holcomb. No stores outside the big cities are enforcing the mask policy.
Let me unpack this:
The rules he has set are no good though. Also he's friendly with BLM.
Just like any other state our big cities are shit holes. If you go anywhere else it's red af.
Nuts? Really?

Much of Indianapolis is a leftist shithole but in general the state is pretty good
