Mostly third world countries use HCQ .. third worlders live.

Mostly first world countries ban HCQ .. first world people die.

Interesting tactic being used here.

The first world population is generally educated and harder to control...might play a role here on a grand scale 🤔

Clearly it's their access to better healthcare facilities and better educated doctors.

Which might actually be true, given the state of our healthcare system.

We do not need to beg Doctor Fauci to do his duty as a physician or as a man commissioned to protect the public health !

We need to promise the Doctor we will empanel a Grand Jury in Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas, or according to Justice Scalia anywhere in these United States to investigate his actions regarding Corona virus or AIDs or anything we suspect about him.

We The People have the Constitutional Power to empanel a Grand Jury, regardless of anyone who says we don't, As Justice Scalia says we have been "sleeping on our rights":

“Unlike [a] [c]ourt, whose jurisdiction is predicated upon a specific case or controversy, the grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.’ It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even “the precise nature of the offense” it is investigating.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992), that:

"...the grand jury under our Constitution does not belong to any of the three branches of government, but instead to We the People. As a result, the citizenry are empowered to empanel grand juries, indict, try, convict and mete out sentences for those accused of crimes.

Six states ,Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nevada, and Kansas, allow citizens to circulate a petition in their county to order a County Judge to impanel a grand jury. There are a lot of Counties in these 6 States and in most States the % of the population of the county needed to sign the petition adds up to about 200 signatures.

What follows is plain text, I took out the citations in Justice Scalia's ruling so it might be easier to read, and added some bolding. To get an archived e-copy of the exact ruling, just follow the link to Cornell law School, Legal Information Institute.

And as you read it try to comprehend the freedom and power We The People have to deal with a hijacked government. No need for gun fire – just the rule of law.

“[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It ” ‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’ In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the judicial branch has traditionally been, so to speak, at arm’s length. Judges’ direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office.

19

The grand jury’s functional independence from the judicial branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing, and in the manner in which that power is exercised. The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment. And in its day-to-day functioning, the grand jury generally operates without the interference of a presiding judge. It swears in its own witnesses, and deliberates in total secrecy.

20

True, the grand jury cannot compel the appearance of witnesses and the production of evidence, and must appeal to the court when such compulsion is required. And the court will refuse to lend its assistance when the compulsion the grand jury seeks would override rights accorded by the Constitution, or even testimonial privileges recognized by the common law. Even in this setting, however, we have insisted that the grand jury remain “free to pursue its investigations unhindered by external influence or supervision so long as it does not trench upon the legitimate rights of any witness called before it. Recognizing this tradition of independence, we have said that the Fifth Amendment’s “constitutional guarantee presupposes an investigative body ‘acting independently of either prosecuting attorney or judge ‘.

And one more, if put into common use this "pandemic' would be gone in a week.

They will let people die, not anyone in their families I bet, but any of the rest of us die so that they can cause chaos and hijack the coming election, and also force us to take and give our children a vaccine that nefarious people have mixed up.

WE need to decide AS A PEOPLE what we think about governance VIA CHAOS.

If we decide we do not want any more of this we need to band together and tell Nancy Pelosi and anyone who is willing to go along with her or even just look the other way that we plan to stand and fight.

If the night of the election there is nothing but Nation wide chaos WE WILL DEEM President Trump the winner and Lawful President for another 4 years;

And we will back that up with force of arms.

Additionally, relying on the ruling of Justice Scalia [1], we will empanel Grand Juries all over the country to FINALLY investigate anyone or anything (withholding/vilifying HCQ).

"...the grand jury under our Constitution does not belong to any of the three branches of government, but instead to We the People. As a result, the citizenry are empowered to empanel grand juries, indict, try, convict and mete out sentences for those accused of crimes.

Yea! You are right. we need to come up with a game plan for the night of the election! What do we do, what do we do exactly! If there is chaos and they can’t declare a winner because of all the mail in ballots can’t be counted and they keep getting more and more boxes of fake ballots. The supreme court needs to rule against mail in ballots! But if they don’t… We need a plan!

Never heard of this! Know of any articles that cover this?

How would you initiate the process for a grand jury?

Yeah but we've only spent like a century using it so

teleportation_jutsu 3 points ago +3 / -0

Careful to make sure this isn't cherry picked, pedes. Are there any countries with high death rates where HCQ is being used that were left out to support the graph?

When will Trump EO this into every pharmacy across the US? Why can’t he force the FDA’s hand on this? I don’t understand what is taking Trump so long

You forgot this:

  1. It's effective.

That's really the biggest part of it all. They KNOW it's effective. They need the virus to stay. It's what gives them all their unconstitutional powers, and it's integral to their plan of stealing the election by mail-in voting.

Literally the main reason they are against it has nothing to do with money or Trump. It has to do with the fact that it would end the pandemic. The pandemic that they likely started in collusion with China as a way for them to gain some power back.

They're saying tropical countries have lower cases because of the heat, but maybe those countries are using the Trump cocktail? Logic!

They'd rather you suffer than admit that they don't know or understand everything
