Thank you for the information. There seems to be a lot of disinformation about what exactly is the problem or are the problems at the USPS. People blaming amazon, blamign internet, blaming the pre-funding. I don't think any of those is the real problem, i think it is their nutty operating procedures, too many lazy and uneducated managers and employees, fraud and waste, including fraud of overtime rules to rack up pensions for retirees. Fucking horrible.
