Filed 7/20 and they wait until the moment she begins to upload her documentary on 8/14 to make the arrest.....

Then wait to do it on a Friday, to see the judge on Monday. Pretty much a deliberate 6th Amendment violation. Then a subsequent 8th Amendment violation.

7/20/2020? The cop arresting her husband told them burglary and almost a month later, they rushed in without a warrant. If it's been almost a month, why would they not know the reason for the arrest and not have a copy of the warrant? It's forged or fake.

IANAL, however I'm fairly confident that not talking to the police can never be construed as obstruction. You have that right. The obstruction charge most likely stems from stopping her mother from gathering "evidence".

Feels like mom was working for the police and thats why she begged to come live with Millie. What a hot mess of a parent.

Her mother is compromised or is looking for money/fame.

Wrong... We've already heard the entire story directly from the source

Post the DA saying why the cops didn't know why they were arresting the family and why it was supposedly written on 7/20 but not used until a month later and why burglary and tresspassing were named by the police but it was robbery the entire time.
