Long story short, the United States Postal Service answers to the President of the United States. The Democrats and the Main stream media are crying foul, even though the postal service has been hemorrhaging money for more years than the current president has been in office. (iIRC it was falling apart during the Obama years) It's not a profitable system and it's not supposed to be, It's supposed to "break even." But with the competition of UPS, FedEX, and similar, as well as the usage of the internet to send just about anything from emails to applying to a job, It's not really that surprising that the USPS is struggling.

As far as I can tell the post office has not changed significantly in 60 years, but for some reason the Democrats choose this week to "fix" it. Don't expect what the Democrats/RINOs/Extreme left wing say to make sense, if it sound like it does not make sense, that is because it does not make sense. They lie. The reality you see does not match up with the lie they tell, trust your senses.
